The 'Voiceless' animal law lecture series is coming to Flinders University!
Now in its fourth year, this year’s Series will be our biggest yet, with 12 free events held in conjunction with leading universities and legal professional associations across the country. As you may know, Voiceless is a leader the cutting-edge area of animal law. Last year, we produced the Animal Law Toolkit (which you download for free) which provides an overview of the animal law movement in Australia.
At this year’s Animal Law Lecture Series our special guest speaker is leading US animal lawyer, Joyce Tischler, who will share her experience of the birth of the animal law movement thirty years ago in San Francisco and how a handful of attorneys set in train a revolution that has touched the lives of billions of animals worldwide.
Come along to the lecture and find out more about animal law. Click here to register for free.
Ms Tischler will be speaking at a public event at Flinders Law School!
Date: Friday 13 August 2010
